GoodRx: Principal Designer

Building zero-to-one products to encourage medication adherence and deepen user engagement.

Led design of new patient onboarding for GoodRx Care telehealth service. Shipped multiple initiatives, with double-digit improvement to visit completion, refund rate, and CSAT. 

2018 - 2020

Tala: Head of Product Design

Led an international design team building financial services for the underserved in Kenya, Mexico, Philippines, and India.

Launched a debit card + mobile-banking product in Mexico. Oversaw full redesign of Tala’s global lineup of mobile apps, in partnership with Pentagram branding agency. 

2015 - 2017

Thrive Market: Lead Product Designer

First product design hire at direct-to-consumer online grocery for organic and natural products. Hired and managed the Product Design team.

Led end-to-end design for company’s very first iOS and Android apps. Established foundational cross-platform design system. 

2014 - 2015

Hulu: Product Designer

Designed multi-platform experiences across mobile, tablet, and living room. Shipped a new user onboarding flow, Android redesign, and Live TV feature.

Change.org: Product Designer

Design and front-end development for worldwide petition platform. Led design of new mobile website and core features focused on user engagement.
